What I like about this crop Is that the material is the same material as most reins.  It feels soft against the horse while It is on your hand or horn so that the horse is not afraid of it.  It is enough though if you need to use it for some encouragement to move.  It has a keeper so that you can fit it snug on your horn so that you have it if needed.
